Karen felt driven to write a book about one of
the many miracles in her life – the miracle of her son beating the odds of a death sentence. This experience has spurred Karen to spread the word of hope to inspire people to
overcome the obstacles in their lives and to cultivate faith, hope and loving trust in their
lives.
Her book Ask and You Shall Receive ™ – A Miracle
for Steven unveils Karen’s story of seven of the lessons she discovered first-hand
when her seven year old son was given three months to live. Now a healthy adult and a medical school graduate in
Australia, Steven encouraged his mother to share the story
of the miracle of his life. Readers finish the book feeling a renewed sense of faith and
understanding of the power they can access within themselves. They have hope that they can cope with any obstacle
coming into their life.

has over 25 years experience in the areas of business ownership, corporate
training and e-corporate business development, including ten years of business
coaching. Karen holds a Master of
Arts Degree in Sociology. She
utilizes her expertise in communication, and her leadership and organizational
skills to guide her clients to higher levels of success in their personal and
professional lives.
A
believer in giving back, Karen is an active member of the Board of Directors
and serves on committees of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation in
Hamilton. Karen currently belongs
to Roaring Women and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
